Ingredients
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Morels 5 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In olive oil, sauté garlic and chili for a minute, then add mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
Add salt and white pepper along with two tablespoons of mascarpone. Mix everything, add a drop of lemon juice and a bit of zest, then remove from heat. Once the sizzling stops, you can add the finely chopped herbs.
Step 3
Place the bruschetta in the oven for 5-7 minutes to warm up.
Step 4
Top the bruschetta with the mushrooms.
