- Nut sauce 5 oz

- Sea Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the oyster mushrooms in vegetable oil, adding sea salt and pepper for about 1.5-2 minutes.
Step 2
Place the sautéed mushrooms on a plate.
Step 3
Dress the spinach with ponzu sauce and place it on top of the mushrooms.
Step 4
Then drizzle the salad with nut sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
