Ingredients
- Mussels 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion until golden, then sauté the mushrooms.
Step 2
Place the mussels in boiling salted water and remove them as soon as the water boils.
Step 3
Cool everything and arrange on a plate in the following order: mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, mussels. Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
