Mushroom and Korean Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Korean-style Carrots 20 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the mushrooms with onions, boil the chicken breast and chop it finely, and dice the cucumbers.
Step 2
Then layer all the ingredients: 1st layer - mushrooms, 2nd layer - chicken, 3rd layer - Korean-style carrots, 4th layer - cucumbers. Remember to cover each layer with mayonnaise. The salad is ready.
