Mushroom and Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • Ham 5 oz
  • Aspen mushrooms 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the white mushrooms (can be replaced with champignons).

Step 2

Cut the ham into cubes.

Step 3

Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Chop the onion and sauté in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Step 5

Cut the boiled mushrooms and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 6

Grate the cheese.

Step 7

Mix all the ingredients (except for the cucumbers), season with salt, and dress with mayonnaise or sour cream, then stir.

Step 8

On a flat plate, form the salad into a mound. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and, starting from the top, press the cucumber strips into the salad in a clockwise direction, alternating diagonally down to the bottom.
