Description

  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Melted Cheese 20 oz
  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into rounds. Arrange the tomatoes first, and then layer the mozzarella on top.

Step 2

Place the basil in a blender and add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.

Step 3

Chop until you achieve a uniform mass.

Step 4

Drizzle the resulting sauce over the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Step 5

Top with arugula. Serve immediately after preparation.
