  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Melted Cheese 1 piece
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 6 pieces
  • Prosciutto 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • White Balsamic Cream to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Arrange 3 pieces of prosciutto on a plate so that they cover the entire surface of the plate, place a mound of arugula in the center, and top it with a ball of mozzarella (not large, for 1 serving). Scatter the olives around the edge of the plate.

Step 2

Drizzle with oil and balsamic, season with coarse sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
