Mozzarella and Roasted Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a baking dish and lightly grease it with olive oil. Arrange the large tomato sliced into half-moons.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, and sugar.
Step 3
Place the cherry tomatoes (with stems if desired) in the baking dish and pour the prepared sauce over them. Put it in the oven and roast for 45–50 minutes at 340°F.
Step 4
Slice the mozzarella into medium-thick pieces. Layer the mozzarella and roasted tomatoes, then sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
