Ingredients
- Turnips 5 pieces
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Oranges 3 pieces
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Mint to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins (30 minutes). Slice the carrots.
Step 2
Peel the orange and cut out the segments. Add the raisins.
Step 3
Toast the pine nuts and add them to the salad.
Step 4
Tear the mint leaves. Add cumin and salt. Squeeze the lemon juice, add honey and olive oil.
Step 5
Mix and serve on a plate.
