Ingredients
- Turnips 10 pieces
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Potato 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the radishes into rounds and mix with the flesh of the lemon. Add salt. Slice the tomato into rounds.
Step 2
Chop the green onions and parsley and mix with the segments of the peeled orange. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Step 3
Shred the cucumbers and the head of lettuce. Mix with olives. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Arrange on a plate without mixing: radishes with lemon, tomato, oranges with greens, and lettuce with cucumbers and olives. Garnish with slices of hot chili pepper.
