Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Green Butter 30 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mint 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- White bread 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Honey 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken breasts and make cuts along the length. Marinate and grill for 20 minutes. To prepare the marinade, mix chili pepper, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
Step 2
To make croutons, rub the wheat bread with garlic, cut into cubes, and dry in the oven.

To prepare the sauce, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and sour cream. Add grated lemon zest, chopped mint, salt, and ground pepper.
Step 4
