  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Celery stalk 2 stalks
  • Fresh Rose Hips to taste

Step 1

Place 2 thin slices of lemon, several pieces of thinly sliced celery stalk, and rosemary leaves (torn into smaller pieces) into a glass.

Step 2

Pour in filtered or still mineral water.

Step 3

Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 4

In the morning, add a little hot water to bring the drink to room temperature.
