Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Shrimp 0 lbs
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Mixed salad greens 1 bunch
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 3 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the shrimp, peel them, and place them in a salad bowl. Wash the mushrooms, sauté them in sunflower oil until cooked for about 15–20 minutes, and when cooled, combine with the shrimp.

Step 2

Tear the salad leaves into small pieces, and dice the bell pepper and tomatoes into small cubes. Add 3–4 tablespoons of the canned diced pineapple and mix with the shrimp and mushrooms.

Step 3

For the dressing, pour olive oil into a bowl, add lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Dress the salad with the oil, gently mix, and serve.
