- Milk 0 fl oz
- Chocolate 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Espresso 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Froth the milk.
Step 2
Add 20 grams of cocoa powder to the milk and froth the hot chocolate with the milk.
Step 3
Pour 60 ml of espresso into a cup of appropriate size over the syrup.
Step 4
Pour the frothed hot chocolate into the center of the espresso until 1 cm from the top of the cup.
Step 5
Pour the frothed milk into the center of the hot chocolate to create a ring in the middle.
Step 6
Ensure that three rings are formed on top of the drink: a ring of cream around the edges of the cup, a ring of hot chocolate, and a ring of frothed milk in the center.
