Description

I didn't mention any salt or pepper, as the flavor of the salad lies in the natural tastes of the ingredients themselves. You can add salt and white pepper to taste if desired.

Ingredients

  • Mixed salad greens 5 oz
  • Lettuce 0 oz
  • Bean Sprouts 0 oz
  • Radish sprouts 1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil 0 fl oz
  • Jalapeño pepper 1 piece
  • Cumin leaves 0 oz
  • Fresh rosemary 1 bunch
  • Large Pitted Olives 0 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a deep bowl for easy mixing.

Step 2

Wash all the leaves and dry them with a paper towel.

Step 3

Slice the olives into pieces no more than 1-2 mm thick. It's best to use both black and green pitted olives.

Step 4

Take small champignon mushrooms (wash and dry them on a towel for easier slicing) and slice them into pieces of the same size (2-4 mm, but you can adjust to your preference).

Step 5

Once all the ingredients are sliced and the salad is washed and dried, mix everything in a large bowl and add all the sprouts, then gently mix again.

Step 6

For the dressing, prepare the aromatic oil in advance. Take a saucepan and heat the oil, add the cumin and rosemary sprigs, and the jalapeño peppers, having removed the seeds beforehand. Bring to a boil and let cool.
