Mish-Mash of Tomatoes with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Herbs 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms, boil them for 10 minutes. Once cooled, slice the mushrooms into large pieces and sauté them in butter for 3 minutes. Add finely chopped onion and sprinkle with flour on top. After 3 minutes, add diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until all the tomato juice evaporates.
Step 2
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
Step 3
Serve with fried eggs and toast.
