Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Russian Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz

Step 1
Boil the salmon for 30 minutes with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites into a flat plate.
Step 3
Top with finely chopped green onions.
Step 4
Next, layer the finely chopped salmon.
Step 5
After that, grate the heavily frozen butter and carefully spread it over the fish, then coat everything with mayonnaise.
Step 6
Repeat with another layer on top, and finally garnish with grated yolk and dill.
