
Mimosa Salad with Potatoes and Sardines

Description
If the vegetables were salted during cooking, then salt only the egg whites. Grated cheese can be added before the yolks.
Ingredients
- Potato 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs, carrots, and potatoes.
Step 2
Mash the sardines with a fork, place them in a suitable dish, spread with mayonnaise, and season with salt.
Step 3
Eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater, spread them over the fish, brush with mayonnaise, and season with salt.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and place it on the egg whites, then season with salt.
Step 5
Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater, layer them over the onions, spread mayonnaise on top, and season with salt.
Step 6
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, layer it over the potatoes, spread mayonnaise on top, and season with salt.
Step 7
Grate the egg yolks on a fine grater or simply crumble them over the carrots.
