Description
Adjust the thickness of the kissel by the amount of starch. In this recipe, the kissel is not very thick. If the banana is ripe and sweet, you can easily skip the sugar.

- Water 0 fl oz
- Starch film 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Bananas 1 piece

Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil over low heat and add sugar.
Step 2
Dissolve the starch in water and, stirring, slowly pour it into the milk. Cook the kissel for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Mash the banana into a puree and add it to the kissel, mixing well or blending with a blender until smooth.
