Ingredients
- Cold-smoked trout 5 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Sugar to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Arrange them on plates.
Step 2
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds (a grater can be used for this — it's important to achieve minimal thickness). Place them on the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 3
Cut the fish into small slices. Arrange on top of the cucumbers and drizzle with lemon juice.
