Ingredients
- Lime 1 piece
- Beer 10 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce ½ spoons
- TABASCO® ½ spoons
- Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
- Black Salt 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Chill the beer. Lightly grind the black salt and chili flakes in a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
Step 2
Rub the rim of a 0.5-liter beer glass with a wedge of lime.
Step 3
Dip the rim of the glass into a mixture of salt and chili to fully coat it with the spices.
Step 4
Fill a glass with ice.
Step 5
Pour tomato juice into a glass. If the tomato juice is unsalted, you can add a pinch of salt to the glass.
Step 6
Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
Step 7
Mix well.
Step 8
Pour the beer into the glass.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
