  • Romaine lettuce 2½ cups
  • Canned Pork with Beans 15 oz
  • Tomatoes 1½ pieces
  • Jicama ¾ cup
  • Sweet Corn Sticks ¾ cup
  • Avocado ½ piece
  • Radish ¾ cup
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Lime Juice ¼ cup
  • Feta cheese ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Habanero Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, beans, diced tomatoes, diced jicama, corn kernels, thinly sliced radish, diced avocado, diced pepper, and crumbled feta.

Step 2

In another small bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, minced garlic, and minced jalapeño.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
