- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into very thin strips and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt, add white and black pepper, and a little crushed cumin.
Step 3
Pour a small amount of soy sauce into the bowl with the sirloin, add 0.5 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of flour, and mix well.
Step 4
Finely chop half of the red onion and the jalapeño.
Step 5
Place the pepper and onion in a small dish, squeeze juice from a small piece of lime on top, and add salt.
Step 6
In a preheated skillet, pour enough vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat.
Step 7
Use a wooden spatula to separate the pieces of meat from each other and stir occasionally. Fry the meat until the pieces resemble meat chips.
Step 8
Once the meat is fried, use a slotted spoon to remove it from the skillet.
Step 9
On another burner, place a skillet, add a few tablespoons of oil from the skillet with the meat, and sauté the finely chopped garlic clove and canned corn.
Step 10
Add a little dried mint to the skillet with the corn and mix.
Step 11
Cut the tomato into small squares and place it in a bowl.
Step 12
Squeeze lime juice over the chopped tomato and add salt.
Step 13
Add the sautéed corn, the onion with jalapeño from the dish, and the finely chopped stems of cilantro, and mix thoroughly.
Step 14
On a serving plate, lay out the lettuce leaves, then top with the corn mixture and drizzle with the juice that formed.
Step 15
Add cilantro around the edges of the plate, the fried beef sirloin, and mix.
