Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Eel 1 head
- Watercress 5 oz
- Yellow Beets 3 pieces
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Limes 2 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beets in boiling water until soft, drain, and place under cold water for a while. Peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the pineapple, cut it into 4 lengthwise, and remove the core. Slice it.
Step 3
Peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments.
Step 4
Core the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Step 5
Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the oranges, apple, and bananas.
Step 7
In a serving bowl, place the lettuce leaves and watercress. Then layer the fruits from the bowl, draining the juice, followed by the beets and pineapple.

In a small bowl, mix the cream, vinegar, finely chopped chili, cilantro, and lime juice.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the nuts, and toast for 1-2 minutes until golden.
Step 10
Sprinkle the salad with nuts and pomegranate seeds, and drizzle with the dressing.
