Ingredients
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
- Sugar a pinch
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Watermelon 5 oz
- Walnuts 20 pieces
- Spinach 5 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the mint leaves and add them to the yogurt, salt, sugar, olive oil, and a bit of lemon juice. Whisk everything together.
Step 2
Remove the seeds and skin from the melon, and cut it into cubes approximately 1.5 cm on each side. Chop the nuts coarsely.
Step 3
Arrange the spinach and pieces of melon on a serving plate, crumble the blue cheese on top, sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle with yogurt dressing.
