  • Fresh Mint 4 tablespoons
  • Prosciutto 5 oz
  • Champagne Vinegar ½ tablespoon
  • Pomegranate Seeds 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thinly slice the fennel and green onion. In a bowl, mix the fennel with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine the arugula, green onion, finely chopped mint, and wine vinegar. Season with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
