- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Napa Cabbage 0 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Pesto 2 tablespoons
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Sumac a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the Napa cabbage into small pieces, trying to use only the green part.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 3
Combine the ingredients and add sumac.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into cubes or use small balls.
Step 5
Season with saffron.
Step 6
Add the mozzarella to the salad.
Step 7
Drizzle with the juice of lemon wedges.
Step 8
Add the pesto sauce.
Step 9
Add the olive oil and mix well.
Step 10
Before serving, you can add a little salt to taste.
