Description
Beef can be replaced with pork, veal, or, if desired, poultry.
Ingredients
- Beef 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Onion 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the beef, cut it into thin slices, tenderize, season with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.
Step 2
On the raw meat, layer the potatoes cut into rounds, then add the onions sliced into rings on top.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and evenly distribute it as the last layer of the 'fur coat'. Bake at medium temperature until cooked through.
