Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the ground beef, breaking up any clumps. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Transfer the cooked beef to paper towels to drain excess fat, then return the beef to the skillet.
Step 2
Pour in the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring until the beef absorbs the liquid.
Step 3
Place the cooked beef on the bottom halves of the buns, then top with finely chopped onion and cover with the top halves of the buns. Enjoy your meal!
