Meat Salad with Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings, season with salt and pepper (to taste), as well as vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything and let it marinate for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Place the marinated onions in a deep plate, then add a layer of chopped boiled meat, a little mayonnaise, followed by a layer of boiled potatoes, and finally the last layer of boiled eggs. Drizzle everything with mayonnaise again.
