  • Beef 20 oz
  • Radish 2 pieces
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the meat in salted water, cool it down, and cut it into strips or cubes.

Step 2

Wash the radish, peel it, thinly slice or grate it on a coarse grater, and squeeze it in cold water.

Step 3

Crush the nuts in a mortar or pass them through a meat grinder.

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise to taste, and mix well.
