- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small strips. Grate the carrot. Fry the beef and carrot in vegetable oil, and at the end of frying, season with finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Beat the egg and fry it into a pancake, cool it down, and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Combine part of the egg with the meat and dress with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the remaining egg on top and garnish with dill.
