Matsuni-Cucumber Salad

Description
Instead of matsuni, you can (though it's not recommended) use Greek yogurt, and instead of walnuts, use cashews.
Ingredients
- Matsuni 10 fl oz
- Cucumbers 4 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Prunes 5 oz
- Walnuts 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until cooked, cool, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Dice the cucumbers. Cut the prunes into 4 pieces each.
Step 3
Chop the peeled walnuts slightly.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, dress with matsuni, and salt to taste.
