
Matcha 'Peach-Yuzu'

Ingredients
- Matcha 0 oz
- Peach Juice 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Yuzu Juice 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the jam. Cut the yuzu into cubes and place them in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add honey and sugar.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat and let cool. The yuzu jam is ready.
Step 6
Mix the matcha, peach syrup, jam, and coconut milk.
Step 7
Froth with a milk frother.
Step 8
Heat to the desired temperature.
Step 9
Pour into a cup.
Step 10
Garnish the drink by sprinkling matcha on top.
Step 11
Serve.
