  • Pork Blood 10 oz
  • Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Lychee 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into strips and marinate for 30 minutes. To prepare the marinade, mix water with wine and apple cider vinegar. Add salt, white pepper, and nutmeg.

Step 2

Sauté the marinated meat over high heat in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add dark chocolate to the meat.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
