Marinated leafy kale
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Leafy Mustard 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully stack the salad leaves on top of each other.
Step 2
Fold the stack of leaves in half.
Step 3
Then roll the leaves into a tight roll.
Step 4
Starting from one end, slice the leaves into very thin strips. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 5
Mix the oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce to make the marinade.
Step 6
Pour the marinade over the kale strips and shake well.
Step 7
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
