Marinara Salad
Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken and eggs; meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. Mix the lemon juice with the spices and marinate the onion in it for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Cool and grate the boiled eggs.
Step 5
When the chicken is cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Step 6
Dice the tomatoes and mix them with the marinated onion.
Step 7
Then layer all the ingredients in the following order: chicken, eggs, cheese, tomatoes with onion. Each layer (except the top) is spread with mayonnaise.
Step 8
Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
