Mango Salad with Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- Mango ½ piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts ½ piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup ½ can
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Walnuts 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Pears 1 piece
- Onion ½ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into large pieces.
Step 3
Add the chopped cucumbers, pear, peas, crushed walnuts, and onion (finely chopped and previously marinated in vinegar with a pinch of sugar).
Step 4
Add the grated cheese.
Step 5
Top the prepared salad with pieces of chicken breast and dress with olive oil mixed with rice vinegar.
Step 6
Sprinkle with herbs (I used dill, parsley, and basil).
