- Freshly squeezed orange juice 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Ice to taste
- Soda water to taste
- Red Currant to taste
- Oranges to taste
- Rose petal jam 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the mandarin and lemon juices with sugar until smooth.

Add baking soda and stir.
Step 3
Add ice.
Step 4
Garnish with red currants and a slice of orange.
