Mackerel Salad with Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 7 pieces
- Canned cod liver 1 can
- Onion 3 heads
- Mayonnaise 15 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pickle the onions (cut into cubes and soak in a mixture of vinegar and water) for 30 minutes. Then drain the marinade.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Place the butter in the freezer.
Step 4
Layer the salad. Chopped egg whites, canned fish (preferably mackerel), pickled onions, mayonnaise, chopped yolks, grated apple, grated cheese, grated butter, mayonnaise, walnuts.
