- Beetroot 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the beetroot and bake it in the oven, greasing it all over with olive oil. Cool, peel, and slice.
Step 2
Remove the skin and bones from the smoked mackerel and break it into small pieces.
Step 3
Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente.
Step 4
Combine the beetroot, fish, and pasta. Dress the salad with a sauce made from olive oil whisked with mustard, vinegar, and chopped garlic.
