Low-Calorie Chicken Breast and Quail Egg Salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts ½ piece
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- 10% cream 1 tablespoon
- Quail Egg 6 pieces
- Matsuni 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tarragon 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the steamed (or boiled, if desired) chicken breast into large pieces.
Step 2
Peel the fresh cucumbers and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Cut the eggs in half.
Step 4
Make the salad dressing: mix the sour cream and matsuni, add finely chopped garlic and tarragon, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Layer everything using a salad mold and generously drizzle with the dressing.
