Liver Salad with Pickles and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 pieces
  • Quail Egg 5 pieces
  • Pickles 5 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Veal Liver 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the liver until cooked (about 25–30 minutes after boiling).

Step 2

Cool and cut into cubes.

Step 3

Cut the pickles into cubes.

Step 4

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Step 5

Finely chop the herbs.

Step 6

Mix the liver, pickles, cheese, and herbs. Add a little salt and pepper.

Step 7

Dress with sour cream (or mayonnaise). When serving, place the halved cherry tomatoes and quail eggs on top.
