- Shelled pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the liver from membranes, slice it, and fry in butter.
Step 2
In the oil left from frying the liver, sauté the chopped onion, mushrooms, and celery rings, adding herbs, salt, and pepper.
