Liver Salad with Beetroot
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Beef Kidneys 5 oz
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin rings, fry in vegetable oil, and let it cool. Cut the liver (previously boiled) into thin strips. Grate the beetroot (previously boiled) on a coarse grater. Press the garlic through a garlic press and mix it with the mayonnaise. Optionally, add salt to taste (no more than 1/3 teaspoon of salt).
Step 2
On a plate, layer the liver, half of the mayonnaise, then add the beetroot and the second half of the mayonnaise. Top with the fried onion rings.
