Liver and Korean Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- Veal Liver 20 oz
- Korean-style Carrots 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Dill to taste
- Milk to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Clean the raw liver from membranes, cut into small pieces, and soak in milk.
Step 3
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Add the liver, season with salt, and fry until cooked (about 5–7 minutes).
Step 5
Let it cool. Fry the mushrooms.
Step 6
Mix the liver, mushrooms, and carrots. Chop the dill and add it to the salad.
Step 7
Dress with mayonnaise.
