Description
This results in a strong liqueur with a rich lemon flavor - an ideal digestif. A great soak for pastries.
Ingredients
- Milk 0 qt
- Citrus Zest Mix 5 pieces
- Drinking Alcohol 10 fl oz
- Sugar 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lemon zest and leave it in the alcohol for at least 1 day, then strain.
Step 2
Boil the milk with sugar, then cool it down.
Step 3
Pour the mixture of zest and alcohol into the milk.
Step 4
Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 day. After that, it can be consumed.
Step 5
Bottle it and keep it in the refrigerator (or freezer), for a maximum of 5 months.
