  • Corn Salad 5 oz
  • Shrimp 20 oz
  • Arugula 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 4 spoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 4 spoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 spoons
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Dry White Wine 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the shrimp in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain the shrimp in a colander, rinse with cold water, and peel them, leaving only the flesh. Lightly sauté the shrimp in olive oil until they are golden brown. Then transfer the shrimp to a separate bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce, and let them sit for a while.

Step 2

At this time, tear the salad leaves by hand and place them in a salad bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl as well. Then, drain the liquid from the shrimp and add them to the same bowl.
