- Avocado 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sourdough Bread 8 pieces
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz
- Cucumbers 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado and slice it thinly. Also, slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper.
Step 3
Spread the sauce on the bread. On one half, layer slices of avocado, thinly sliced fish, and cucumber. Top with the remaining bread and gently press down. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
