- Trout 5 oz
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Freshly squeezed orange juice 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Marinade: mix soy sauce with orange juice.
Step 2
Wash the fish, remove the bones, and cut it into small cubes. Place in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and wash the arugula.
Step 4
Place the marinated fish in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170°C.
Step 5
On the arugula leaves, arrange the tomatoes, cooked fish, drizzle with marinade, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
